Ruben Micieli

Ruben Micieli is a multifaceted musician - a pianist, conductor, and composer born in Ragusa, Italy in 1997. He began playing piano at the age of four and has been a student of Professor Giovanni Cultrera since 2006. Micieli has gained recognition for his exceptional talent, winning several prestigious awards, including the 2nd Prize and a special award for the best interpretation of Liszt's Sonata in B Minor at the 9th International F. Liszt Piano Competition Weimar-Bayreuth in 2018. He also received the Best Italian Award at the 66th Maria Canals International Piano Competition in Barcelona in 2021. Micieli has performed in numerous notable concert halls across Europe and Asia, including Teatro La Fenice in Venice and Steinway Hall in London.

Micieli's repertoire includes a wide range of classical pieces, and he is known for his engaging performances. His music often pays homage to historical virtuosos, showcasing his refined musicality and technical skills.
