Carl Jularbo was a Swedish accordion player and composer who was hugely popular in the early to mid-20th century. He's often called the "King of the Accordion" in Sweden. Jularbo recorded an incredible number of tunes - over 1,500 recordings in total! He was known for his lively interpretations of traditional Swedish folk music and dance tunes, especially the hambo and schottische. Jularbo's influence on Swedish folk music was significant, and he helped keep traditional accordion music popular well into the modern era.
