Duo Blanc & Noir

Duo Blanc & Noir is a dynamic piano duo composed of Selin Şekeranber and Yudum Çetiner. Both pianists received their education at prestigious institutions such as Bilkent University, Moscow P.I. Tchaikovsky State Conservatory, Lausanne State Conservatory, and Munich State Conservatory. They completed their chamber music studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart under the guidance of renowned pianists Prof. Hans-Peter and Prof. Volker Stenzl, becoming the first Turkish pianists to complete the "Chamber Music for Two Pianos Department." This achievement marks a significant milestone in Turkish classical music history.

The duo is celebrated for their diverse repertoire, which spans classical, jazz, Turkish traditional, and world music. They have performed globally, including concerts in Turkey, Germany, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Austria, Egypt, Italy, France, and the United States. Duo Blanc & Noir has released several albums, including "The Essence of Piano Duo," "HANDS," "OUTSIDE," "IMAGINE," and "It's Electric," which was recorded using Fender Rhodes pianos for the first time. Their innovative projects and arrangements, such as those of Fazıl Say's works, have been published by Schott Music. They have also been recognized with awards like the "Special Jury Prize" at the Ibla Grand Prize World Music competition and have won several music video awards for their rendition of J.S. Bach's "Toccata" arranged for Fender Rhodes pianos.
