Parásitus is a Mexican rock band formed in 2005 in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The band's sound is a blend of alternative rock, post-punk, and electronic music. Parásitus has released six studio albums, including their self-titled debut in 2007 and their latest, "Latidos de Cuervo," in 2022. The band has toured extensively throughout Mexico and Latin America, and has shared the stage with bands such as Interpol, Editors, and The Killers. Parásitus is known for their energetic live performances and their introspective and often dark lyrics.
