Silva Bumpa, real name Joshua Silva, is a Sheffield-born DJ, producer, and songwriter who's quickly become one of the freshest faces in UK garage and bassline scenes. Kicking off his production journey back in school days, this 23-year-old wunderkind got hooked on speed garage and bassline at free parties in the Peak District, thanks to his mates dragging him into the northern nightlife vibe—far from his family's band-loving tastes. Now he's dropping high-energy bangers like his debut EP *What About The DJ?* on Locked On Records, blending wobbly bass, bubbly house grooves, and nostalgic club classics, with tracks such as "Without U," "Songs of Praise," and recent heat like "Feel Da Same," "Runnin'," and "Check Dis Out" lighting up the charts.
