DJ MASTERKEY

DJ MASTERKEY, born Masaki Yazawa, is a renowned Japanese DJ known for his dynamic performances and contributions to the music scene. He gained prominence in the 1990s as a member of the group BUDDHA BRAND, which he co-founded after moving to New York in 1988. Upon returning to Japan in 1995, he continued to make a mark by hosting events like "Daddy's House" at the club HARLEM in Shibuya. This event became synonymous with the vibrant nightlife of Tokyo. DJ MASTERKEY has also been involved in various other projects, including the establishment of his own production company and record label, THE LIFE ENTERTAINMENT, in 2001.
