David Cope
David Cope is a composer, music theorist, and computer music pioneer. He is best known for his work in artificial intelligence and computer-generated music. Cope's music has been performed by major orchestras and ensembles around the world, and he has received numerous awards and honors for his work. He is a professor of music at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he directs the Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics.
