Esham is a pioneering artist in the world of underground hip-hop, known for his dark, experimental style that fuses elements of horrorcore, acid rap, and hardcore hip-hop. Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, he began his career in the late 1980s and quickly gained attention for his gritty lyrics, unconventional production, and fearless approach to taboo subjects.
