BJoyce

BJoyce is a Cuban DJ, producer, and remixer known for blending timeless Afro-Cuban rhythms with electronic beats. She founded GbassBeat, the first group of Cuban Independent Women DJs, and has been active in the music scene since at least 2012 when she was part of the hip hop band DOBLE FILO. As part of the duo BJ/DC, she has released remixes such as "Canto a Eleggua (BJDC Remix)" and "Yemaya en Sol Menor (BJDC Remix)" that showcase her tropical, Afro-Cuban-infused electronic sound. Her work reflects a vibrant mix of traditional Cuban musical elements with contemporary electronic production.
