Lope & Kantola is a Finnish electronic music duo consisting of Ville Lope and Marko Kantola. Describing themselves as "Disco dads," the pair have been making music together for nearly two decades. Their sound blends elements of disco, EDM, synthwave, and house music. Known for their distinct heavy synth work, Lope & Kantola have released a series of EPs and singles, including their "Night Time Stories" series and tracks like "Ocean Devotion," "Bittersweep," and "Tell Me". The duo often uses "cottage getaway weekends" to focus on their music production, as they live some distance apart.
