**Doosu** was a rock band from Dallas, Texas, known for its blend of rock and progressive elements. Formed in 1993, Doosu comprised a group of young musicians, some of whom were barely out of high school at the time. The band was notable for its energetic performances in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, particularly in the vibrant Deep Ellum music scene. They released several albums, including *Aqua Vita*, and were a well-known name in the local music circuit. Doosu disbanded in 2002, but its members went on to pursue other musical projects, such as the Burden Brothers. Doosu briefly reunited for a benefit show in 2019, reflecting their lasting impact on the Texas rock scene.
