Joonatan Jürgenson

Joonatan Jürgenson is an Estonian classical pianist born on October 24, 1991, in Tartu, Estonia. He began his professional journey at the age of 12, making his debut after winning the first prize at the "Young Musician" competition in Tallinn in 2004. Jürgenson has a rich educational background, having studied piano at the Heino Eller Tartu Music College and later earning a Master's degree *cum laude* from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in 2016. He continued his studies in London at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with Professor Ronan O'Hora from 2014 to 2015.

Joonatan Jürgenson has actively participated in several competitions and festivals, showcasing his skills as both a solo pianist and a chamber musician. In 2020, he released his debut solo album featuring Robert Schumann's Fantasy Pieces Op. 12 and Pyotr Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker Suite Op. 71a. His recent releases include works like *Prana*, *Prélude (Live)*, and *Pildid lapsepõlvest*. Jürgenson is known for his diverse performances and contributions to classical music.
