Otis Clay

Otis Clay, the "King of Southern Soul," is a legendary singer and songwriter known for his powerful vocals and soulful delivery. Born in Mississippi in 1942, Clay began his career in the 1960s, releasing a string of R&B hits including "Trying to Live My Life Without You" and "I Can't Take It." Throughout his decades-long career, Clay has collaborated with renowned artists such as Booker T. & the M.G.'s and Willie Mitchell, and has earned numerous accolades, including a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Blues Album in 2014.
