Lane Norberg

Lane Norberg is a vibrant indie-folk singer-songwriter originally from Montana, now based in Portland, Oregon. He began his musical journey by learning piano and drums, but it wasn't until college that he started playing the guitar and singing. After graduating, Norberg recorded his first EP, "Under the Trees," and later gained recognition in the Pacific Northwest by performing hundreds of shows and touring extensively. He won the 2019 Local Roots Music Northwest Songwriting contest and has become a staple in Portland's local music scene. Notably, his full-length album "Coming to Life" was recorded in Nashville and released in 2021, featuring on SiriusXM's "Train Tracks" show. His music is often described as a blend of James Taylor and John Mayer, with a focus on warm vocals and catchy hooks that leave listeners smiling.

Norberg has continued to release engaging singles, including "Haunted," "Surprise," and most recently, "Lose the Light." His music often captures themes of hope and joy, resonating with fans across the region. Lane Norberg's performances are a testament to his energy and talent, often leaving a lasting impression on his audience.
