The Boswell Sisters

The Boswell Sisters were a vocal jazz trio from New Orleans, active in the 1920s and 1930s. The sisters, Connee, Martha, and Vet, were known for their close harmonies and innovative scat singing. They were one of the most popular vocal groups of their era, and their recordings continue to be enjoyed by jazz fans today. The Boswell Sisters were inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 1998.
