Yamo

Yamo is the creative musical project of Wolfgang Flür, best known as a former percussionist of the pioneering electronic band Kraftwerk. Since founding Yamo in 1997, Flür has used it as a flexible platform to collaborate with various artists and explore his own musical ideas beyond Kraftwerk's style. The project originally emerged as a collaboration with the electronic duo Mouse on Mars for the album *Time Pie*. Flür acts as a musical producer and storyteller within Yamo, melding his love for vintage synthesizers with modern electronic production techniques, often working alongside partners like Stefan Lindlahr. Yamo features contributions from diverse vocalists and musicians, reflecting a broad range of genres and sounds under Flür’s direction.
