Rosy Nolan

Rosy Nolan is a Los Angeles-based country and Americana artist with roots in East Bay, California. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she began her musical journey in punk and riot-grrl bands before evolving toward folk, Americana, and old-time country music. Her sound blends elements of honky tonk, Western swing, and roots music, deeply influenced by her early punk scene experiences and artists like Lucinda Williams. Known for her distinctive vintage style combining a cowgirl hat and 1940s Western outfits, Rosy has established herself as a confident bandleader and songwriter who connects authentically with audiences through her vulnerable and heartfelt songs.

Her recent works include the EP "Footprints & Broken Branches," produced with Tim Timebomb of Rancid, and singles like "How It Feels To Fall In Love" and "One of Your Songs." She has a forthcoming album titled "Main Attraction," which continues to explore themes of heartache and longing with a sound harkening back to 1920s–1940s American country music traditions. Rosy Nolan is part of a burgeoning Southern California Americana scene and remains active in touring and recording, steadily gaining recognition for her evocative storytelling and timeless musical style.
