Dú Maroc, born Mimoun Alaoui on August 21, 1985, in Frankfurt, Germany, is a German rapper of Moroccan descent. He grew up in the challenging neighborhood of Sossenheim in Frankfurt. Initially, Dú Maroc pursued a career in professional football but had to abandon this dream due to a severe injury. He then turned to hip-hop, inspired by his childhood friend SadiQ. His music often reflects his past experiences, including his involvement in delinquency. Dú Maroc is known for his distinctive style, which blends classic hip-hop elements with modern trap influences, characterized by powerful beats and deep lyrics.
