Genna Matthew

Genna Matthew is a singer-songwriter who has established herself as a vibrant force in the music scene. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, she has been influenced by the folk and Americana sounds of her hometown. Her music often blends timeless roots influences with infectious indie-pop hooks, creating a bittersweet sound that resonates deeply with listeners. Genna's journey includes studying music abroad, notably completing her Master's in Contemporary Music Performance and Production at Berklee's Valencia campus. She is now based in Nashville, TN, where she recently released her debut full-length record, which marks a new sonic direction for her work.

Genna's music career has been recognized with awards, including being the Grand Prize Winner of Nashville’s Music City Songstar Competition.
