Jérôme Comte is a highly accomplished French clarinetist known for his versatility as both a soloist and chamber musician. He completed his studies with notable clarinet masters including Thomas Friedli and Maurice Bourgue, earning top honors such as the "Prix de virtuosité" from the Conservatoire de Genève and the "Prix à l’unanimité" at the Conservatoire de Paris. Distinguished by several international competitions, Comte has performed globally with prestigious ensembles and orchestras like the Orchestre de l’Opéra de Paris, the London Symphony Orchestra, and has been a member of the renowned Ensemble Intercontemporain since 2005.
