Evgeny Soifertis is a Russian pianist who has been praised for his "virtuosic technique" and "deeply poetic interpretations." Born in Moscow in 1971, Soifertis began studying piano at the age of five. He went on to study at the Moscow Conservatory, where he won several prestigious awards. Soifertis has performed extensively throughout the world, and has released numerous recordings, including the complete piano works of Nikolai Medtner and Alexander Scriabin. He is also a dedicated teacher, and has given masterclasses at some of the world's leading music schools.
