Scott Colley

Scott Colley is an accomplished jazz bassist known for his strong musicality and versatility across a wide range of modern jazz styles. Over the course of his career, he has played with a who's who of contemporary and legendary jazz figures, including Herbie Hancock, Jim Hall, and Chris Potter. A regular collaborator and a sought-after sideman, Colley has also released several albums as a leader, showcasing his thoughtful compositions and lyrical bass playing.
