Low Entropy is an electronic music producer from Hamburg, Germany, born in 1980, who discovered hard electronic music in 1996 and instantly fell in love with its energy and passion. He began producing his own tracks in 1997, initially experimenting with styles like experimental hardcore, breakcore, and speedcore, and released his first 12” in 2000 on Blut recordings. Low Entropy also became known for his radio work, co-launching a show dedicated to experimental and hard electronic music on Hamburg’s FSK station, and later founding the "Hamburg Hardcore Radio" crew, which featured a rotating cast of DJs and artists from the underground scene.
Over the years, Low Entropy has released music under several aliases, including Acid Massacre and Bootymaster Entropy, and has explored a wide range of electronic music styles. His recent output includes acidcore, hardcore, and experimental remixes, as showcased on EPs like "Acidcore Inferno Volume One," "Syntax Error / the Advent of Acid," and various slowcore and drum jam-focused works. He continues to be an active presence in the underground electronic music community.
