Allah-Las is a Los Angeles-based band known for their distinctive sound that blends elements of 60s-inspired surf rock, garage rock, and psychedelia. The group formed in 2008, when three of the members—Matthew Correia (percussion), Spencer Dunham (bass), and Pedrum Siadatian (guitar)—met while working at the iconic record store Amoeba Music. Together with lead vocalist and guitarist Miles Michaud, they began creating music that captures the laid-back, sun-soaked ethos of their California roots.

The band's self-titled debut album, released in 2012, established them as key players in the indie music scene, embracing vintage tones and reverb-laden guitars which have become their signature. Over the years, Allah-Las have consistently produced music that pays homage to the past while contributing a modern twist. Their later work, including "LAHS" (2019) and a variety of singles and EPs such as "Covers #1" and "Calico Review," continues to show their evolution and versatility.
