Occulta Veritas

Occulta Veritas is an Italian music project created by Daniele Vergine, a guitarist also known for his work in the band Noise Trail Immersion. Occulta Veritas brings forth a unique blend of dissonant and experimental black metal, often incorporating elements of post and atmospheric genres. The project's debut album, "Irreducible Fear of the Sublime," released in July 2024 via I, Voidhanger Records, showcases a blend of chaotic and beautiful musical landscapes, reflecting themes deeply rooted in psychological and philosophical concepts, such as the works of Jacques Lacan. The music is characterized by Vergine's intense vocals and complex guitar work, accompanied by bassist Gabriele Ponziano.
