AKIN KEMAL

Akin Kemal is a passionate musician from Turkey who has been living in Berlin for nine years. His love for music began in childhood, where he could sing Türkü songs at the age of four. After a temporary break from music due to voice changes, he rediscovered his passion in Berlin with the support of his Iranian-Azerbaijani girlfriend and her musical family. Initially part of a band, Akin continued his musical journey solo after the band dissolved, performing street music in Berlin and later in central cities across Germany. His focus is on sharing Turkish folk music with European audiences, and he aims to spread this traditional heritage globally.
