Rodolphe Menguy

Rodolphe Menguy is a talented young French pianist born in Paris on November 13, 1997. He started his musical journey very early at the Boulogne-Billancourt Conservatory, earning his Diploma of Musical Studies (DEM) in piano by age 14. Menguy was unanimously admitted to the Paris Conservatory (CNSMD) in 2015, where he studied under Denis Pascal and Varduhi Yeritsyan, completing his Bachelor's, Master's, and Classical Performer Artist Diploma by 2022. He also furthered his development at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome with Benedetto Lupo. Known for his expressive playing style, critics have praised him for capturing unique atmospheres and having "an entire orchestra at his fingertips" (Classica magazine) while earning awards such as second prize at the 2023 International Piano Star Competition and the 2021 Young Soloist Prize from French-language Public Service Media.

Menguy is also deeply engaged in chamber music and performs regularly as both a soloist and ensemble player across France and Europe. His varied repertoire and artistic maturity have quickly made him a rising star on the classical scene, known for his nuanced interpretations and warm musical temperament.
