Born on November 1, 1995, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, he graduated from the Tokyo College of Music with a focus on Composition and Conducting. Kasai has contributed to more than 60 albums, showcasing his skills in arranging, scoring, orchestrating, and composing music, particularly in the anime and gaming industries.

Kasai has worked on soundtracks for popular anime series such as "7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy," "Fluffy Paradise," "Miss Shachiku and the Little Baby Ghost," and "Koi wa Sekaiseifuku no Ato de." He is also known for his orchestrating work on the 2023 video game "Resident Evil 4."
