Ribbon Ooi

Ribbon Ooi, whose real name is Huang Ruo Xi, is a talented Malaysian singer and actress born on August 29th, 1995, in Penang, Malaysia. She has been active in both Malaysia and Taiwan, showcasing her versatility in multiple languages, including Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, English, Malay, Japanese, Thai, and Korean. Ribbon Ooi began her career in the entertainment industry in 2012 with the film "Kara King冠軍歌王" and gained prominence after starring in "再見，我愛你" in 2015. She officially debuted as a singer in 2016 with the single "你就不要說愛我," followed by her debut EP "#It’s My Time." This EP earned her nominations for "Best Mini Album" and "Best New Artist" at the 30th Entertainment Awards.

Ribbon Ooi has continued to expand her musical repertoire with releases like "海" (a theme song for the movie "再見，我愛你"), "嘿，你好嗎？", "只想說謝謝你," and "獲得."
