Pånnivågn

**Pånnivågn** is a hard rock band from Trøndelag, Norway, originally hailing from Follafoss. Formed in the winter of 2003, the band has members from Follafoss, Malm, and Beitstad, and is currently based in Steinkjer and Trondheim. Their music draws inspiration from metal, punk, pop, and viserock, resulting in a riff-based and melodic hard rock sound. Over the years, Pånnivågn has released several albums, including their debut *Sle dæ beinntj ned!* in 2006, *Mellom alt og ingenting* in 2012, and *Evig kaos* in 2022. The band has also released EPs like *Dansen* and singles such as *Dødsforakt // Jærv*, which topped Nea Radio's Trøndertoppen for four weeks. Recent releases include tracks like *Mamma*, *Kvikksand*, and *Tung sekk*. The current lineup includes Ola Årbogen, Kenneth Stallvik, Håvard Haugan, Håkon Haugnes Haugan, and Lars Erik Vesterdal.

Pånnivågn's music often explores themes of social relevance, including mental health, which has garnered them media attention.
