Ruiseñora is a psychedelic cumbia band from Mexico City. Their music is a blend of traditional cumbia rhythms with elements of electronica, rock, and jazz. The band's name means "nightingale" in Spanish, and their music is often described as being both beautiful and haunting. Ruiseñora has released three albums to date, including "Tanta Data" (2019), "Viaje al Centro de la Selva Eléctrica" (2021), and "Chit'un" (2022). The band has toured extensively throughout Mexico and Europe, and they have performed at major festivals such as Coachella and Glastonbury.
