Jesse Welles

Born in 1994, Welles has been releasing music since 2012, initially under the name Jeh Sea Wells on platforms like Bandcamp and SoundCloud. He later fronted bands like Dead Indian and Cosmic-American before launching a solo career as Welles. His debut studio album "Red Trees and White Trashes," produced by Dave Cobb, was released in 2018 on 300 Entertainment.

In recent years, Welles has garnered attention for his folk protest songs, often performed acoustically in outdoor settings. He's released several singles addressing social and political issues, including "Cancer," "The Olympics," and "War Isn't Murder." Welles has rebranded himself as Jesse Welles and continues to release music that tackles contemporary American topics in a folk-rock country style.
