Marionet X

Marionet X is a Canadian metal band known for their energetic and socially conscious music, blending elements of thrash and nu-metal. Formed on April 1, 1999, the band consists of Vincent Marois (vocals), Martin Jean (vocals, guitar), Hans Longtin (bass), and Pier-Luc Marois (drums). They have released several albums, including their self-titled debut in 2000, "Analyse nihiliste" in 2005, "Le Grand Manège" in 2011, and "Casser les chaines" in 2019. Influenced by bands like Mass Hysteria, Biohazard, and Kataklysm, Marionet X has developed a mordant sound that balances heavy riffs with powerful rhythms and incendiary lyrics. With over 250 performances under their belt, they continue to be a force on the Canadian music scene.
