Bad Athlete is a four-piece indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Sam Martin, guitarist and vocalist Dave Grohl, bassist and vocalist Chris Shiflett, and drummer Taylor Hawkins. Bad Athlete's music is characterized by its catchy melodies, energetic live performances, and introspective lyrics. The band has released two EPs, "Bad Athlete" (2019) and "Bad Athlete 2" (2020), and is currently working on their debut full-length album.
