Nina Gordon

Nina Gordon is an American singer-songwriter and musician best known for her work with the alternative rock band Veruca Salt. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Gordon began her musical career in the early 1990s, forming Veruca Salt with Louise Post. The band released a string of critically acclaimed albums, including "American Thighs" and "Eight Arms to Hold You," and became known for their catchy melodies and Gordon's distinctive vocals. After Veruca Salt disbanded in 1998, Gordon embarked on a solo career, releasing several albums and collaborating with other artists. Her music has been described as a blend of alternative rock, pop, and folk, and she continues to perform and record today.
