Deer Bear is an indie folk band from Portland, Oregon. The band was formed in 2010 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Nick Foster, bassist and vocalist Laura Burhenn, and drummer and vocalist Joey McClellan. Deer Bear's music is characterized by its lush harmonies, intricate arrangements, and introspective lyrics. The band has released four full-length albums and several EPs, and has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe.
