Rock et Belles Oreilles

Rock et Belles Oreilles, often abbreviated as RBO, was a beloved Québécois comedy troupe known for their sharp humor, musical parodies, and satirical sketches that poked fun at politics, pop culture, and everyday life in Quebec. Formed in the early 1980s, the group originally included Guy A. Lepage, André Ducharme, Bruno Landry, Yves Pelletier, and Richard Z. Sirois. Over time, members shifted, but their signature blend of irreverent comedy and catchy musical numbers made them cult favorites in Francophone Canada.

RBO gained a loyal following through their radio shows, television appearances, and albums, which often featured hilarious parody songs and skits. Their humor was smart, edgy, and often pushed boundaries, reflecting the cultural and political climate of Quebec at the time. Although the group officially disbanded in the 1990s, their legacy lives on through recordings, reunion specials, and compilations like "Anthologie du plaisir" and "Le Gros Cru." Their influence continues to inspire new generations of Quebec comics and satirists.
