**Grandphone Vancouver** is essentially the solo career of Brazilian musician Fernando Ventura. It was initially conceived in 2012 as part of Ventura's graduation project in art. The name might suggest a connection to Vancouver, but the project is actually rooted in Brazil. Grandphone Vancouver has released several albums and songs, such as *A Soul Waits Forever*, *A Thousand Stories*, *Insane*, *A Rush Through the River: Tribute to Ayrton Senna*, *Red on Venus*, and *When the Echo Returns*. Fernando Ventura has also explored creative video projects, including a rotoscope music video that pays homage to iconic clips like A-Ha's "Take On Me."
