ØDEI, whose real name is Odei Barroso, is a Basque rapper who launched his solo career after spending about a decade as part of the rap group 2zio. After the group disbanded, ØDEI ventured into solo work with a distinct evolution in his sound, blending styles like trap and drill with deep, hard-hitting instrumentals and thoughtful lyrics. His 2022 solo album, "Terapia," marked a fresh aesthetic direction and showcased his growth not only as a rapper but also as a producer working under the Alkimia Prod label in collaboration with Jo Olaskuaga.

Known for sincere and raw poetic expression, ØDEI’s music offers social and political reflections, personal memories, wordplay, and tributes that avoid nostalgia or artifice.
