Roeland Beelen is a Dutch musician known for his work on the song "Lotje," which he co-created with Jopke van Dobbenburgh and Maurits Beelen. The track was originally made in March 2024 as part of a project by the Utrecht female student association U.V.S.V./N.V.V.S.U. for a ski trip and later became a viral hit, reaching number one on the Spotify viral charts and the Single Top 100 in the Netherlands. Roeland, who also provided vocals, gained significant recognition as the song gained millions of streams, leading to a record deal with Universal Music and several live performances, including at Radio 538 and 538 Koningsdag.
