TommyD, whose full name is Tommy Asher Danvers, is a British music producer, songwriter, arranger, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He began his musical journey as a DJ in South London clubs and was a key figure at the Ministry of Sound, where he helped shape the early house music scene. TommyD has an impressive track record working with high-profile artists such as Right Said Fred—with their hit "I'm Too Sexy"—Catatonia, KT Tunstall, Corinne Bailey Rae, Kylie Minogue, Janet Jackson, Kanye West, Beyoncé, Adele, and many others. Beyond producing and songwriting, he's known for his innovative mixing approach he calls "HarmonyThroughMixology," blending diverse musical styles and influences.

Raised in London with an actor father and chef mother, TommyD's eclectic background informed his broad musical taste. In addition to his studio work, he has maintained a vibrant DJ career, performing worldwide in prestigious clubs and events, including a wedding gig for Jordanian royalty. He also founded his own record label in 1988, contributing underground club hits in the UK and US. More recently, TommyD has expanded into the Web3 space by co-founding an NFT marketplace, reflecting his continuous embrace of new creative and technological frontiers in music.
