Raimundos is a Brazilian punk rock/hardcore band that has been igniting the music scene with their energetic and irreverent sound since their formation in 1987, in Brasília, Brazil. The group—whose name pays homage to one of their inspirations, the Ramones—initially gained notoriety in the Brazilian rock scene with their unique blend of punk rock, hardcore, and elements of traditional Northeastern Brazilian music, a fusion that came to be known as "Forrocore".
