The Lillingtons

The Lillingtons are a punk rock band hailing from Newcastle, Wyoming, renowned for cleverly blending themes of science fiction, B-movies, and espionage into their energetic and infectious brand of music. Formed in 1995 by frontman Kody Templeman, guitarist Cory Laurence, bassist Zach Rawthorne, and drummer Tim O'Hara, The Lillingtons quickly established themselves on the punk scene with their catchy hooks and witty storytelling. After their initial release, "Shit Out of Luck," in 1996, they carved a niche for themselves with conceptually driven albums like "Death By Television" (1999), an ode to sci-fi and television culture, and "The Backchannel Broadcast" (2001), which dipped into the world of secret agents and covert operations.
