May Roosevelt
May Roosevelt is a Greek composer, producer, and thereminist hailing from Thessaloniki. She began her musical journey with violin lessons at age 12, later transitioning to the theremin, one of the earliest electronic instruments. Roosevelt's discography includes her 2009 debut EP "Panda, a story about love and fear," which led to her participation in the Red Bull Music Academy in 2010. She followed this with albums like "Haunted" in 2011 and "Junea" in 2017, the latter released through Inner Ear Records. Her music blends electronic elements with traditional Greek rhythms, showcasing her innovative approach to composition.
