Giacomo Voli is an Italian singer known primarily for his work as the lead vocalist of the symphonic metal band Rhapsody of Fire, a role he took on in 2016, replacing former singer Fabio Lione. Before joining Rhapsody of Fire, Voli gained attention as the runner-up in the 2014 season of *The Voice of Italy* and went on to lead the band TeodasiA, releasing albums like *Reloaded* and *Metamorphosis*. His solo career includes releases such as the EP *Ancora Nell'Ombra* (2015) and the full-length album *Prigionieri Liberi* (2017). With Rhapsody of Fire, he contributed to the compilation *Legendary Years* (2017) and their 2019 album *The Eighth Mountain*.
In addition to his metal and rock background, Giacomo Voli's recent work includes the epic-rock single "Ave Maria," released in 2025, inspired by the tragic stories of migrants, particularly a young girl saved in the Sicilian Channel. The song features a powerful vocal performance blending classical piano with rock elements and showcases his versatility beyond metal into more reflective, epic rock music. This track was part of his participation in the San Marino Song Contest 2025, where he finished 8th out of 20 entrants.
