Sinan Çelik is a renowned Turkish musician born in 1957 in Sarikamis, Kars Province. He began his musical journey at a young age, encouraged by his father, Adil Celik. Sinan studied at the Istanbul Technical University State Conservatory and developed a deep passion for traditional Turkish instruments, particularly the kaval, an end-blown flute. He worked extensively to integrate the kaval into larger ensembles and served as a kaval instructor at the Conservatory. Sinan also spent time at Istanbul Radio and participated in various folk music recordings, helping to popularize the kaval. He is the founder of Duygu Music Production, where he produces albums by master folk musicians.
