Dominik Schürmann is a German jazz pianist, composer, and bandleader. He is known for his lyrical and melodic playing, as well as his adventurous and eclectic compositions. Schürmann has released several albums as a leader, including "Always and Forever" (2020), "Moons Ago" (2018), and "The End of a Bug Affair" (2016). He has also collaborated with a wide range of musicians, including saxophonist John Zorn, trumpeter Dave Douglas, and drummer Jim Black.
