He gained recognition at the Edwin Hawkins Music and Art Seminar, leading to collaborations with notable artists like Walter Hawkins, Tramaine Hawkins, and Harry Connick Jr. DuBose is also the creator of "C.A.U.S." (Classified As Universal Sound), a genre-blending style that combines gospel, R&B, jazz, and more.
