Natalia Kovalzon is a talented pianist born in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. She studied piano extensively, graduating from the National Conservatory of Kyrgyzstan with diplomas in piano solo, pedagogy, accompaniment, and chamber music. Early musical training included lessons in Omsk and experience with master classes from notable teachers. Natalia made her debut with orchestras such as the Omsk Philharmonic and the Riga Chamber Orchestra and now regularly performs with the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra. She is deeply passionate about chamber music and is one half of Duo Natalia, formed with violinist Natalia van der Mersch in 2011. Together, they have released several albums featuring works by composers like Corelli, Bach, Dvořák, Bartók, and Kreisler, showcasing their harmonious partnership.
In addition to performing, Natalia Kovalzon directs *Artistes en herbe*, an organization focused on mentoring exceptionally talented young musicians in Luxembourg. Beyond traditional repertoire, she is also involved with contemporary music, collaborating with the ensemble United Instruments of Lucilin. As a committed chamber musician and mother of two, she continues to share her artistry across Luxembourg, Belgium, and France, enriching the classical music scene with her refined skill and dedication.
