Emily Higgins is a talented singer-songwriter known for her original music performed at a variety of intimate venues such as house concerts, festivals, coffeehouses, and concert halls. She spent a decade leading the band Auntie Em and the Tornadoes and was also part of the trio The HigLeeWils. Emily has released four all-original CDs, including "Singing River," "The House at the End of the Road," "On the Square," and "91 Acres," the latter commissioned to celebrate a Missouri landowner’s journey and connection to nature. Beyond her music, Emily hosts and produces "The Mulberry Tree," a weekly radio show on Springfield, Missouri’s NPR affiliate KSMU, featuring folk and singer-songwriter music. She continues to write, perform, and produce in the beautiful Missouri Ozarks.
